The story

Sorrell & Co is a bespoke full-face aesthetics clinic. Before the build, every booking was a conversation — DMs, missed calls, deposits chased by hand.

We built the whole engine: a treatment menu clients book from directly, deposits paid online at the moment of booking, one live calendar for the clinic, coupon codes, and an email-marketing module so campaigns go out from her own admin — no third-party tools. Live at sorrellbeauty.com.

Editorial brand site
A treatment menu that reads like a considered clinic, not a template — every treatment with honest pricing, duration and deposit shown up front.
Online booking with deposits
Clients pick a treatment and a slot and pay the deposit in the same minute. The balance is settled in clinic — no chasing, no no-shows priced in.
Clinic admin & calendar
One live diary across the clinic: bookings, reschedules, coupons and client history in a dashboard built for a phone behind the reception desk.
Email marketing engine
Campaigns written, scheduled and sent from the clinic's own admin — with bounce protection baked in so the sender reputation stays clean.
Hosting & care
Hosted, monitored and backed up by Ikon, with support on WhatsApp rather than a ticket queue.

Booking software for aesthetics clinics

Most beauty and aesthetics clinics run their diary out of Instagram DMs and a paper book. It works until it doesn't: deposits go unasked, no-shows eat treatment slots, and every booking costs a conversation. A clinic booking system has one job — take the booking, take the deposit, and put it in the diary without a human in the loop.

Sorrell & Co's build does exactly that. The treatment menu is the shop window; each treatment carries its price, duration and deposit; and the booking flow ends with the deposit paid online. The clinic keeps a single live calendar, so the practitioner opens one screen in the morning and knows the day.

Marketing the clinic owns

Aesthetics clinics live and die by repeat visits, so the build includes an email marketing module inside the same admin — client segments, scheduled campaigns and coupon codes without renting a separate marketing platform. One login runs the whole business.

That's what we mean by a service system rather than a website: the site, the bookings, the diary and the marketing are one piece of software, built to the clinic's brand and hosted on infrastructure we look after.
